Does website speed affect search results?
Google lists page experience, which includes how quickly pages load, among the many things it considers. A faster site is also simply easier for customers to use.
Can you speed up a WordPress site?
Often, yes, by optimizing images, reducing plugins and improving caching. Some limits come from the hosting plan, and we say so if that is the case.
Will I need a new website?
Often not. Many speed and mobile problems can be fixed on the site you already have.
