Automation

Business automation for the work behind every inquiry

Every inquiry starts a chain of small tasks: logging it, replying, following up, booking. We connect the tools you already use so more of that happens on its own, and less time goes into copying details between them.

What is included

What we do

We map how an inquiry moves through your business today, then automate one step at a time, starting with the one that costs you the most time. Each automation can be paused or changed, so you stay in control.

  • Lead capture

Form submissions, call-back requests and quote requests collected in one place, with an alert to you as they arrive.

  • Follow-up

Confirmations, reminders on unanswered quotes and check-ins after a job, on a schedule you choose.

  • Connected tools

Your forms, CRM, spreadsheets, email and invoicing share the same details, so they are entered once.

  • Online booking

Customers choose from the times you make available, with confirmations and reminders.

How it works

Four simple steps

You get a written plan and price before any work begins.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Fill in the short form and describe the problem in your own words. We ask the technical questions.

  2. 02

    We talk it through

We reply with questions and ideas. If it makes sense to go ahead, you get a written plan with the work, price and timing.

  3. 03

    We build it

Work is done in stages with a preview link, so you see progress and give feedback as we go.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

We go live, test the forms and automations we built on the real site, and hand over notes.

Questions

Common questions

More answers about pricing, timing and ownership are in our main FAQ.

Which tools can you connect?

Many common email, calendar, spreadsheet, CRM, form and invoicing tools can be connected, depending on what each one allows. We check yours before agreeing the plan.

Do I need to replace my current software?

Usually not. We start with what you already use, and suggest a new tool only when it clearly saves time or money.

What happens if an automation stops working?

We test each automation before handover and leave notes on how it works. Monitoring and fixes can be part of a support plan if you want one.
