Is my customers’ information safe with AI tools?

It depends on the tool and how it is set up. We choose services and settings with privacy in mind, explain where data is processed, and agree what information the AI may see before anything goes live.

Will AI send messages without me checking?

Not unless you decide it should. By default we set it up so you review drafts before anything is sent.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. We set it up, show you how it works and leave written notes.
